How the integration works

  1. 1.Candidate applies or is added within Hire by Team Software.

  2. Users trigger a Deploi background check directly from Hire or Timegate+.

  3. All BS7858, Right to Work, and onboarding checks are completed inside Deploi.

  4. Clearance, document status, and ongoing compliance updates automatically sync back to Hire and Timegate+ in real time.

  5. Scheduling and deployment rules in Timegate+ can restrict shifts for workers who have not met clearance or compliance requirements.

Set-up & Permission

  1. Integration is enabled by your WorkWave Account Manager with support from Deploi.

  2. Customer permissions ensure only authorised users can initiate checks or review sensitive clearance data.

  3. The secure API setup is fully guided and typically takes under 15 minutes.

  4. Once connected, Deploi becomes the dedicated background-checking and onboarding workflow replacing PASS PDC.
